- Payment details only if you buy a service (processed by Stripe/PayPal, never stored on our servers).

- Third-party integrations you authorise (e.g., Calendly, Stripe).

6. Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with trusted providers under DPA agreements:
- Web hosting: Bannahosting Europe
- Email & CRM: Bannahosting Europe
No data is sold to third parties.
7. International transfers
If a sub-processor is outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
8. Retention
- Enquiry emails: 24 months.
- Client records: 6 years (tax law).
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
9. Your rights

HTTPS encryption, least-privilege access, regular backups and vulnerability scans.
